How to increase the efficiency of breeding fans

It is relatively easy to increase the working efficiency of the breeding fan, but after some users have used some methods, the efficiency of the fan has not been substantially increased, which is also a problem faced by users. In order to increase efficiency, we need to know how to judge the efficiency of the fan. As for the use efficiency of fans, we can briefly introduce some methods provided by users. I believe it will be of great help for users to increase the use efficiency of fan factories.

In the process of selecting a breeding fan, it is necessary to test the performance of the fan first to determine whether the efficiency of the fan can meet the requirements of use. During the performance test, the method of judging the efficiency of the fan is to drill holes in the inlet and outlet pipes of the centrifugal fan, and measure the static pressure at the inlet and outlet of the centrifugal fan. Based on the static pressure of the centrifugal fan, the operating efficiency of the fan was estimated. This method is simple to operate and does not affect production, but it does require users to master some good skills and common sense. Users can learn the system first and then test it, so that they can get a clear understanding of the fan. The situation is different if the fan uses a fluid coupling.

The mechanical loss of the coupling at rated speed is 5%, and the mechanical loss at 75% of rated speed is 28%. The operating efficiency of the centrifugal fan adjusted by the fluid coupling is low. According to the actual use of the user, the original centrifugal fan has been transformed, the aerodynamic performance of the centrifugal fan has been changed, and the centrifugal fan can work efficiently. Centrifugal fans are generally equipped with adjustable dampers, which will have a great impact on the efficiency of the fan. When the opening of the damper is less than 95%, the centrifugal fan needs to be in an inefficient operation state. The damper cannot be fully opened, which has two effects. It will cause uneven airflow at the inlet of the centrifugal fan and reduce the aerodynamic performance of the centrifugal fan. Second, there will be pressure losses. According to the calculation of the centrifugal fan with a flow rate of 100,000 cubic meters per hour, about 4kw of motor power is required for every 100Pa of pressure loss.
