The main reason for the high temperature of the push-pull fan bearing


(1) Poor smooth quality. The purpose of smooth is to make the dynamic part not directly touch and rub, but form friction between solid and liquid. If the amount of lubricating oil is insufficient or the quality is poor, the dynamic part will be directly rubbed and heated, or the heat cannot be taken away by the lubricating oil, which will increase the bearing temperature.


(2) The installation quality of the rolling bearing is poor. If the tightness between the inner sleeve and the shaft is not enough, the gap between the outer sleeve and the bearing seat is too large or too small.


(3) The bearing quality of the mixed flow fan is poor. The quality of the sliding bearing scraping is poor, the touch is not good or the tire is broken; the rolling element surface of the rolling bearing has cracks, cracks, peeling, etc., which will damage the stability and uniformity of the oil film, and the surface will cause the bearing to heat up.


(4) The sealing felt is too tight and generates heat.


(5) The bearing oscillation is too large to accept impact load, which seriously affects the stability of the lubricating oil film.


(6) The amount of cooling water in the bearing is insufficient or stopped, which affects the heat transfer and causes the bearing temperature to rise.
