Fix the mounting bracket on the solid wall at the bottom of the location where the fan is to be installed, then lift the fan onto the mounting bracket, use self-tapping screws to fix and lock the bottom of the negative pressure fan and the bracket, and fix the surrounding of the fan one by one with angle iron, pay attention to the bracket It needs to be able to withstand a force of about 100 kg without loosening, shaking or falling off.

Notes on fixing:

1. How to fix the fan and choose to install it smoothly. When installing the negative pressure fan, pay attention to the horizontal position of the fan and adjust it to the level of the fan and the ground plane. The motor must not be tilted after installation.

2. When installing the negative pressure fan, the adjusting bolt of the motor should be in a position that is convenient for operation, so as to facilitate the adjustment of the belt tension during use.

3. When installing the fan bracket, be sure to make the bracket and the ground plane level and stable, and if necessary, install angle iron next to the negative pressure fan for re-reinforcement.

4. After the fan is fixed and installed, it is necessary to check the sealing around it. If there is a gap, it can be sealed with a solar panel or glass glue.
