1. Horizontal ventilation. This kind of breeding ventilation window is used when the length of the chicken house is short and the span will not exceed 10 meters. There are two designs of cross ventilation system: positive pressure system and negative pressure system. Negative pressure ventilation systems are widely used. Through ventilation is widely used in production. That is, the fan is installed on the side wall, and the air inlet is set at the corresponding part of the fan opposite the side wall. After the fresh air enters from the air inlet, it exits the house through the transverse diameter of the house. This ventilation design requires that the exhaust air volume is slightly larger than the intake air volume, so that the indoor air pressure is slightly lower than the outdoor air pressure, which is conducive to the automatic flow of outdoor fresh air into the chicken house under the action of negative pressure.

2. Vertical ventilation. When the length of the chicken house is greater than 80 meters and the span is greater than 10 meters, longitudinal ventilation should be adopted. Breeding ventilation windows are installed on one side of the gable of the chicken house, and the air inlets are located on the opposite gable or on both sides of the opposite gable, so that fresh air can penetrate the longitudinal diameter of the chicken house and discharge the chicken house under negative pressure. In the summer high temperature season, in order to effectively cool the chicken house, it is usually necessary to install a wet curtain at the air inlet, that is, a wet curtain to cool down. The longitudinal ventilation system has the advantages of simple design and installation, low cost, good ventilation and cooling effect, etc., and is widely used in the current aquaculture industry.
