Maintenance method of wet curtain fan

1. Water volume control. The water supply should make the wet pad evenly soaked, and a thin water flow will flow down along the wet pad ripples. The amount of water can be controlled by adjusting the water supply valve.

2. The wet curtain paper pad is unevenly dry and wet. Adjust the water supply valve to control the water volume or replace the larger power water pump and larger diameter water supply pipe. Flush the pool, water pump inlet, filter, spray water pipe, etc. in time to remove the dirt in the water supply circulation system.

3. Water leakage treatment. Water droplets splashing off the pads: Check for excessive water supply; damaged pads, broken edges or "flash". Leaks at the joints: After the water supply is stopped, add silicone.

4. Water quality control. Keep the water source clean, and the pH of the water is between 6-9. Regularly clean the pool, circulating water system, etc. to ensure the cleanliness of the water supply system. (usually once a week). To keep the water supplied in good quality, in order to prevent the growth of algae or other microorganisms on the surface of the wet curtain, 3-5ppm of chlorine or bromine can be added to the water for short-term treatment. The concentration was 1 ppm during continuous treatment.

Maintenance of wet curtain:

1. Daily maintenance: stop the fan after the pump stops for 30 minutes to ensure a thorough drying of the wet curtain. After the system stops running, check whether the water in the water tank is drained to avoid long-term immersion of the bottom of the wet curtain in water.

2. Rodent control: in the season when the wet curtain is not used, the rodent control can be installed by adding a rodent net or spraying rodenticide on the lower part of the wet curtain.

3. Wet curtain cleaning Clean the scale and algae on the wet curtain surface. After thorough drying, use a soft brush to clean up and down, avoiding horizontal brushing. (You can brush part of it first to check whether the pad can withstand brushing.) Then only start the water supply system to flush the scale and algae on the surface of the pad. (Avoid rinsing the pad with steam or high pressure water)
