How to maintain the fan water curtain

In the maintenance of fan water curtain, the cleaning of shutters and blades cannot be ignored. When the shutters and blades of the fan are full of dust, the ventilation efficiency can be reduced by 30%, which means that if the shutters and blades produce a wind speed of 3m/s when they are cleaned, they only produce a wind speed of 2m/s when they are full of dust. If managers find a lot of dust, scheduling timely cleaning will bring good ventilation.

There is air leakage around the water curtain of the fan, so that the hot air enters directly without passing through the water curtain. This kind of hot air will not get the air cooling effect of the water curtain cardboard. The water outlet of the water curtain cardboard water distribution pipe should not be blocked, and the nozzle of the spray system should not be worn or blocked. In order to keep the surface area of the water curtain cardboard 100% wet, regular cleaning and replacement are required. Use an ordinary garden sprinkler to spray a large amount of chlorine-free washing liquid on the cooling plate, clean the dirt on the water curtain board, and then spray clean water to remove the washing liquid. Depending on the specific water quality, the water in the water curtain cooling system pool should be replaced every two weeks or a week, but do not use chlorine or bromine detergents, and do not flush with high-pressure water guns. The water curtain cardboard is dried at least once a day, and should be closed when not in use at night, so that it can be dried from 10:00 pm to 9:00 the next day.
