1. Pay attention to the overall tightness of the greenhouse. It is necessary to pay attention to the design and installation defects of the wet curtain and the wet curtain box, the wet curtain box and the gable, the fan and the gable, which lead to the penetration of outdoor hot air and affect the cooling effect of the system.

2. Regularly check the water supply system to achieve its normal and safe operation. It should be noted that the water quality is safe. The water supply system adopts clean water sources, and water sources with excessive algae and microbial content cannot be used. The pH of the water should be moderate and the conductivity should be small. Second, examine the components of the system. Filters should be cleaned regularly. Swimming pools should be covered and cleaned regularly. The pool is designed to separate the circulating water, which can only be recycled after being filtered.

3. Observe the water flow and distribution of the fan wet pad. The water flow must be small and flow slowly along the corrugated image of the wet curtain. The entire wet curtain must be evenly wetted without dry bands or partial concentrated water flow. During the initial operation of the system, if it is found that there is water jet in some areas of the fan wet curtain, it is mostly caused by the burr on the paper surface of the wet curtain, which can be solved by gently supporting it with the palm. If water jets, dry belts or concentrated water are still found during operation, most of them are caused by unreasonable design of the water supply system or improper water supply pressure, and the water supply system should be redesigned or the pressure of the water supply system should be adjusted.

4. For daily use, the water supply should be stopped first, and the fan should be kept running until the wet curtain is better to dry. After the whole system stops running, the water accumulation in the return tank at the bottom of the wet curtain box should also be checked to reduce the long-term immersion of the bottom of the wet curtain in water, which will cause mildew on the paper and reduce the service life. The system is designed and installed correctly and there should be no standing water on the bottom.

5. If there is scale or algae formed on the surface of the aluminum alloy water curtain, it should be lightly brushed up and down along the corrugation with a soft brush after drying well. Then use the water supply system to properly increase the pressure for flushing. The sundries in the gap of the wet curtain should also be checked every summer when it is unpacked and used, and cleaned with a soft brush. If it is found that there is a gap in the wet curtain, it should be squeezed tightly, and if the gap is too large, it should be filled. Stop using it in winter. After the wet curtain is dry, it should be sealed with a card slot around the wet curtain with a film.
