Air duct setting method of livestock fan

The livestock fan is a forced cooling device based on the principle of air convection and negative pressure ventilation. There are also relative installation requirements. Now we have a simple understanding of the setting method of animal husbandry fan duct

1. The material of air supply duct, glass fiber reinforced plastic and plastic air duct is generally galvanized sheet, which can also be used.

2. The air outlet is located in the place that needs to be cooled, and the designed air volume of the air outlet is the air volume required by the place that needs to be cooled. The size of the air outlet can be determined according to the air volume and speed of the air outlet. The material of the air outlet can be plastic or aluminum alloy.

3. The size of the air supply pipe is generally designed by the assumed flow method. The main air duct keeps 8-10m/s, the branch duct keeps 6-8m/s, and the end duct keeps 4-6m/s.

4. The designed air duct generally requires economy, achieves the purpose of low wind resistance and low noise, and maximizes the air supply volume of the environmental protection and energy-saving air conditioner. The bending radius of the air duct is generally not less than twice the diameter of the air duct to reduce the ventilation resistance of the elbow.

5. The length of the air supply duct of the livestock fan should be designed according to the different characteristics of different types of environmental protection air conditioners.

6. The pipeline design should be as straight as possible, avoiding bends and branch pipes to reduce the local resistance of the pipeline.

7. In terms of layout and economy, no piping is required where it can be used.

8. According to the air volume, the long pipe is designed into several sections of different specifications. A reducer is used for connection. The number of reducers should not be too much. In general, there should not be more than four pipes in the whole pipe. Of course, the diameter can vary. "D-2 is determined by pipe length.

9. The connection between the air supply pipe and the air outlet of the environmentally friendly air conditioner should be sealed.

10. If there is a branch pipe in the design, a valve or an air deflector should be installed on the branch pipe to adjust the air volume so that the air volume of the branch pipe reaches the design value.
