What should be paid attention to before the operation of the breeding fan

1. Confirm whether the specifications of the breeding fan and prime mover meet the order requirements, and whether the accessories are complete.

2. Check whether the power supply (voltage, switch, etc.) and circuit meet the electrical requirements and whether the wiring is correct.

3. Check whether there are condensed water, dust and other impurities in the fans and pipes of animal husbandry. If there is, it should be cleaned up to avoid major failures when the fan is started.

4. Confirm whether the foundation bolts, fan body, accessories and accessories, and connecting pipe connectors are tightened as required.

5. Confirm that the parts are aligned. For fans with couplings or belt drives, the installation of couplings, pulleys, and V-belts should be checked, and the coaxiality between the fan shaft and the motor shaft should meet the requirements.

6. Whether the bearing lubricating oil (grease) can meet the conditions of use and be in good condition. If there is oil supply, first test run for 2 hours to measure whether the oil temperature and oil pressure are normal.

7. Check whether the water supply of the cooling water pipe is normal.

8. Rotate the shaft and prime mover of the livestock fan manually, check whether the apricot rotates smoothly, and confirm the abnormality of the element.

9. Rotate the prime mover separately, confirm that the rotation direction of the prime mover is the same as that of the livestock fan, and there is no abnormality on the prime mover side.

10. For the fan with drive, check whether the tension of each V-belt is normal.

11. When using a coupling that needs to be lubricated by a lubricating sleeve, it should be confirmed whether the injected lubricating oil is qualified.

12. Confirm whether the control valve or valve is fully open or fully closed, and whether there is any abnormal action. Axial flow start is a fully closed type, which is a fully closed type start.

13. Whether the oil volume in the animal husbandry fan, oil tank, and oil pipeline with a bearing forced oil supply device is clean and smooth, whether the rotation direction of the oil pump, the water supply and drainage mechanism of the oil cooler, and the interlocking mechanism are normal.
