When the outdoor hot air is drawn into the wet pad paper filled with cooling water by the fan, the cooling water changes from liquid to gaseous water molecules, absorbs a large amount of heat energy in the air, and makes the air temperature drop rapidly. After mixing with the indoor hot air, it is discharged into the room through the negative pressure fan.

In hot weather, due to heat conduction and heat radiation, the indoor temperature without cooling measures is 10c-20c higher than the outdoor, and production activities cannot be carried out normally. In some factories, workers fainted and contracted occupational diseases due to poor ventilation. Due to environmental restrictions, these odors and toxic gases cannot be discharged quickly, and the indoor temperature is high, which will endanger the health of employees. The wet curtain fan cooling device is an economical plant cooling measure.

The wet curtain fans are respectively installed on the two gables of the enclosed house. When the fan inhales air, it will generate negative pressure in the room, forcing the unsaturated air to flow through the porous wet surface of the wet curtain, causing the moisture to evaporate and absorb a lot of latent heat, thereby reducing the temperature of the air itself. When the cooling system of the wet curtain fan is running, the evaporated low-temperature air is continuously introduced into the room for cooling.

The precautions for the use of the fan wet curtain, I hope to give friends a little more vision to expand.

1. Separate the water self-sustaining system from other systems.

2. Do not use water from open-air ponds, use water of better quality. Because the water in the pond is open air, it is inevitable that there will be some impurities.

3. Cover the water supply tank of the wet curtain fan to avoid sunlight and dust in the air. At the same time, avoid direct sunlight on the wet curtain.

4. Don't rush to close the door. Before shutting down every day, you need to cut off the water supply and let the fan continue to run for more than 30 minutes. During this period, the pad can be fully dried before shutting down. This helps prevent algae growth and avoid clogging of pumps, filters and water distribution pipes, as algae can grow on otherwise light and wet surfaces. Several suggestions for preventing the growth of algae are put forward: chlorine and bromine are two common chemicals used to prevent the growth of algae, but they are potentially harmful to the core of the fan pad and should be used with caution.
